Payroll & Compliance Specialist

Who you are:
  • Adores labor laws

  • Minimum of three (3) years ADP payroll experience
  • Knows CA labor law and payroll tax filing requirements
  • Excel ADP, and QuickBooks Wizard!
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Flexible, upbeat
What you’ll do:
  • Manage client payroll setups, conversions, & integrations
  • Assist teams with payroll related projects
  • Assist/train bookkeepers on payroll processes
  • Assist in payroll journal entries and related accruals
  • Maintain Quarterly reports & compliance sheets
  • ADP Payroll reporting, Sick and PTO Time
  • Employee benefits, garnishments, & workers comp.
  • Manage 1099 projects, W2s, and labor reports
